On September 3–4, 2026, the PERGAP team met at the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy (MPISOC) in Munich for a two-day conceptual workshop. The team, based in Barcelona and Munich, came together to discuss the empirical strategy and align on the data collection needed to operationalise PERGAP’s novel concept of institutional imprints of social disparities. The workshop also welcomed Alonso Roman as a new member of the PERGAP team, strengthening the collaboration between the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy.
